EV Charge Point Installation

Tronius offer Electric Vehicle Charging Point installations to all parts of the UK for home, workplace, and public charging.

Our approach to Electric Vehicle Charging is hardware agnostic. This means that we are not tied to a particular manufacturer and are able to offer our customers the best and most appropriate EV charging points for their needs. As new technology is developed, and new products come to market, we are able to offer these to our customers.

We believe that quality products and installation is in the best interests of our customers and as such, we only select the highest quality products and take a similar approach with our Tronius Limited Approved Installers.

We take a long-term view when discussing the EV charging needs of our customers by asking them what they think their future requirements might look like. For our large-scale installations, this leads to us producing an EV/Energy Transition Roadmap which then enables us to customise the choice of hardware and cable routing to allow for future scaling up and avoid any rework, additional costs, and risk.

From April 2022, the Electric Vehicle Home Charge Scheme (EVHS) will no longer be open to homeowners (including people with mortgages) who live in single-unit properties such as bungalows and detached, semi-detached or terraced housing.

Installations in single-unit properties need to be completed by 31 March 2022 and a claim submitted to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) by 30 April 2022.
